Turn.io is a social impact tech platform that enables organizations to have large-scale, meaningful conversations through messaging—especially in low-connectivity environments. They partnered with us to redesign their website with a clear goal: to create a digital experience that matches their mission, improves user understanding, and facilitates product adoption. The Problem Definition
While Turn.io's product was robust and impactful, their existing website fell short in several areas: Lack of clarity: The value proposition was difficult to grasp at a glance. Scattered user journeys: Key audiences like NGOs, government organizations, and developers didn’t have clearly defined paths. Outdated visual style: The previous UI lacked visual consistency and did not reflect the innovation behind the platform. Low engagement: Important content like use cases, success stories, and product features weren’t getting enough visibility. Mobile limitations: The mobile experience was inconsistent, affecting usability for global users in low-bandwidth regions.
