PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Collaboration

Navigate—a Web3-native big data & training-data gamified platform—approached your studio to redefine their website UI/UX. Their vision: deliver a future-facing user experience that showcases their core offering—Data Quest, tokenized participation, and decentralized intelligence council while emphasizing data ownership and privacy.

The Problem Definition

Navigate’s existing website, while conceptually rich, struggled to clearly communicate its core value proposition to users. As a Web3-native data ownership and gamification platform, its message around earning through data participation, installing a rewards extension, and engaging with Data Quests was buried under vague navigation and inconsistent UX patterns. Users were unclear on what actions to take, how the platform worked, and what benefits they stood to gain. Key features like the Navigator avatars, privacy controls, and token rewards were not prominently highlighted, leading to high bounce rates and low conversion across touchpoints. The website needed a complete UI/UX overhaul to simplify the journey, strengthen the narrative, and guide users toward meaningful engagement with the product.

Impact

The redesigned website brought a significant shift in how users interacted with Navigate. With a streamlined user journey, bold visual hierarchy, and clearly defined calls-to-action, users were now able to quickly understand the platform’s value and take action. The install rate for the Navigate Rewards extension saw a noticeable uptick, and more users began actively participating in Data Quests. Engagement metrics improved across the board — session durations increased, bounce rates dropped, and conversions from key pages rose sharply. Beyond numbers, the new design helped solidify Navigate’s brand as a forward-thinking, user-first Web3 platform, building greater trust and credibility among both existing users and new visitors.

The Conclusion

This project successfully transformed Turn.io’s website from a static information hub into a dynamic, user-focused experience. Through thoughtful UX, clear messaging, and a modern UI, we helped Turn.io communicate its global mission more effectively and empower its users to take action. The result is a digital platform that reflects the innovation and impact of Turn.io—accessible, meaningful, and future-ready.
