The Collaboration
Adaline, an end-to-end platform for AI teams to iterate, evaluate, deploy, and monitor large language model prompts, partnered with our design team to elevate their digital platform. In their collaboration, we reimagined the entire UI/UX experience to match the streamlined efficiency and user-first philosophy at the heart of Adaline—from centralized credential and prompt management to real-time monitoring workflows .
The Problem Definition
Adaline offered immense capability—prompt versioning, multi-model evaluation, real-time monitoring, and cross-team collaboration over hundreds of models moge.ai Yet the existing interface lacked intuitive guidance. Features like managing API credentials, launching prompt evaluations, and interpreting analytics dashboards were buried under complex flows and ambiguous UI patterns. Users especially those without deep AI expertise—struggled to onboard, iterate efficiently, or confidently deploy prompts. Our task: simplify the information architecture, clarify UI workflows, and make the platform approachable to both product and engineering teams.
The Process We Followed
The Impact
Post-launch, Adaline experienced marked improvements across usability and adoption metrics. Users onboarded faster and explored platform capabilities more deeply. Prompt evaluation throughput increased, as did collaboration—in part because users could now easily compare results across models and revert to past versions when needed. Real-time monitoring dashboards reduced error cycles in production. Industry teams cited clearer prompt pipelines, smoother testing flows, and greater confidence in deploying AI insights. As a result, the platform better served its core promise: empowering product and engineering teams with clarity, iteration speed, and reliability.
The Conclusion
This project successfully transformed Turn.io’s website from a static information hub into a dynamic, user-focused experience. Through thoughtful UX, clear messaging, and a modern UI, we helped Turn.io communicate its global mission more effectively and empower its users to take action. The result is a digital platform that reflects the innovation and impact of Turn.io—accessible, meaningful, and future-ready.
